Whoever the chair is will work with the management & CEO.
CE will likely handpick the chair who he knows and trusts and the BOD will approve it as usual.
The committees are confirmed as complete and independant.
The CEO & COO are the REAL mover and shakers here & they aint goin nowhere looks like.
When they attacked Musk for his massive paypacket they got nowhere
He was the founder and major holder just like CE is.
He is still there and now stronger & building more than ever before.
Same result here imho.
You forget this had a MCap of $15.5B thats $15,500,000,000 only 11 months ago.
And Nothing much has changed other than IOP a bit lower with LiP lower but now profitable again.
Its business as usual.
