There's something bigger brewing here, why would the brainchild/founder leave his own business. I dont think MA is driven by money or is cash strapped and wanting to cash in on the little value of his shares so why walk away. I also doubt he got pushed out like DT.


Maybe MA is over it but 4 years in a job is not that long, maybe he is not aligned with others on the future vision of where Kaddy is going, perhaps there is a takeover in play, or Kaddy is going into VA....they are bringing in a seasoned accountant as director.
