The whole Board are non-Exec. They don’t receive a salary. You need to give them skin in the game FFS. If you think it’s 14c so they’ll be happy to get the price to 50c, sell and that’s it you’re a muppet. They see blue sky.
Budge no longer on the Board. No conflict of interest there. He’s the tech man now and isn’t running the business.
New interim CEO is well liked by the Board and has steered the company during the tumultuous time when nobody knew what the hell was going on. I look forward to hearing all the cost cutting measures that will get us through the next few months.
The difference in the Board from 3 years ago makes it very obvious they are positioning us from a tech company to a sales company.
This new Board is the real deal.
