It was a boardroom coup, mate - by people NOT in the boardroom at the time (but who were there very shortly afterwards). My understanding of events as they unfolded was that Harrison was approached prior to the meeting by the new group and was informed they had the numbers to roll him and to elect themselves as directors

Someone forced Early to leave early, and now someone - the cheeky monkeys - have forced harrison to give up the ghost and leave as well.

New faces, same cash hoard and same projects. Time will show and tell whether the new team are able to add any value to the depleted share price. I cannot pass judgment as I do not know them but given the old team managed to get the share price from $2.40+ to less than 15c, one wouldn't want to be too hasty to judge the new crowd just yet.
