Nice guys without any proper exec training had better be real lucky. Can't see the acting ceo getting the Chinese to play ball, can't see him actually reducing the cost to produce and he has no control at all over the sale price for his product. At least the last cfo had been a cfo.....Bet the tea lady was pissed she was in the loo when they came out looking for new execs. She could have become the COO.....
