I think this is just a move akin to musical chairs and isn't important because the announcement was marked:- "NON price sensitive".
Had their roles been important for the future ongoing of the business as it is presently, then the board would have been obliged to mark it as "price sensitive" to uphold and comply with their fiduciary duty to the company and shareholders.
It seems that the rats leaving the ship are the day trader rats as usual.
