Typical IT stuff .. people are always moving.
Especially those high up.
With the first big contract coming in all the excitement of starting something new is going.
they are moving into the fine tuning and up sell.
The top dog will be moving on to some new startup to pull everything together. I've worked under many such a person. That's what gets him going.
