    he was Managing Director after coming on as Chairman initially then replacing the interim CEO in 2016. It didn't sound like a temporary thing from announcements back then, and he's been pretty passionate about the opportunity and the team since pivoting to Sweep and AR. I don't get the wording - is his executive role actually redundant? if so, why is he staying on in an executive capacity for a smooth transition?
