You will keep them but you effectively lose it all.
If you own 500,000 shares today at last sale price of $0.005 your investment is worth $2,500.
If there is a back door listing or some other scheme of arrangement there will be a capital consolidation.
If it is a 1 for 50 consolidation your 500,000 shares will become 10,000 and at the same last sale price of $0.005 will be worth $50. Yep $50.
But there is no hope as far as I can see except for a back door listing.
At least you get to have 10,000 shares in the new company and they may be valuable one day.
