I understand how his leaving could be seen as a "bad look."
In saying that though, he is taking a CEO position which likely comes with a sizeable salary increase. I'm not sure of the size of Stephan's share holding in GBR, maybe someone here can confirm. As long as he's holding he stands to benefit from any success GBR has and collect a larger salary elsewhere. Why wouldn't you? it's a win win.
In addition a check of the chart has the all time lowest close at 10c and an old gap between 10c and 11.5c which has now been closed while typing. A strong bounce needed here.
