Mr. Simpson is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years’ experience, specialising in underground metalliferous mining. His previous roles include General Manager at Mt Isa Mines and at the Peak Gold Mine and Chief Operating Officer for Peak Gold (TSX). Mr Simpson’s experience ranges from mine management through to equity market participation in the C$328m listing of Peak Gold on the TSX. Mr Simpson was appointed as Managing Director of the Company on 1 August 2016 and appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 1 September 2016.
