Are you agreeing there is 1 binding offtake in place for 10000 to 30000tpa.
Are you also saying the other two will not convert to binding off takes because they are Chinese and there is a very poor track record of conversion. Also as one is possibly building another mine they will have all the graphite they want and have no need for an external source?
I have not thought it odd that no conversion to binding off takes have occurred as yet, with the turmoil the mining sector was in within Tanzania I would have to say it would be prudent to wait until it appears progress towards actual mining activities are underway, that time is now. The potential off take partners have been justified in not progressing, as you say it’s been a long wait.
