This is really good news.

Up to this point, Helios has a terrible track record of keeping the market informed about their operations – they just don’t inform the market about what they are doing and most of the time the quarterly reports are just cut and paste jobs. We are still waiting for a flowback update from the well they fracked in February. Is it good, is it bad? Is oil flowing? Who knows.

Mark Lochtenberg will be a great addition to the board, as he is a major shareholder and replaces a director with zero skin in the game. I’d expect we’ll now see regular updates from the company. Take a look at what happened to Terracom’s shareprice when Mark was appointed to the board on January 28^th, 2022. A 6 fold increase in 6 months. I’m hoping he can do the same with Helios.
