Get real, the sale to CPC was solely to get the equity component ready for the expectation of an FID for Dorado. If the purpose had been to get an early return for shareholders then surely the correct strategy would have been to sell the full 20% and in doing so also eliminate major future capital requirements.

It’s only quite recently that it has become clear quite how reluctant STO are to proceed, and indeed much of that reluctance in itself is quite recent.

Sure I”ll agree AC probably got into cruise mode recently with a healthy salary and diminishing scope to add value, but I do find it hard to fault his string of investment decisions over the past decade or so.
