Mate,
AC was never alighned to shareholders when collecting $500k plus free shares for no perfomance. We as shareholder dont/didn't earn any dividends or free shares why should a part time CEO be earning full frieght salary bonus and free shares ?. The Nero/Collins sweep was totally necessay to unlock this company to the wider investment community because AC couldn't do that.
Time for change was long over due.
