IMO Nicole did a reasonably good job and critically we now have landholder and occupier access agreements so drilling can commence pending POW approval. If this drilling finds significant Li, NIS will fly, if not it will languish badly. It's previous key commodity Ni is absolutely in the dog-house currently.
Mark Connelly obviously rates Nicole highly as per the announcement and it would appear that she has some significant personal matters to deal with - I wish her all the best.
