My goodness Barry your a wealth of Knowledge in Hindsight. Who may I ask was signing the cheques Barry as Managing Director may I ask during the period Ross Brown was Managing Director.
I don't think RH could and I am sure Dr Jonathan West couldn't due he was only a Non Executive Director.
Now as Managing Director who sat at the desk and allotted contracts for drilling to contractors.
Who would have engaged the contractors received the tender sums and evaluated the bids as first point of contact as Managing Director.
Ross Brown left INCA broken funds leaked quickly over 1 years 12 million dollars gone. Ross Brown had done a bad job accounting for the funds. Its Black & White in the Financial Statements cant be argued with. Others came in and stopped the pouring of funds out. He was acting like Rio Tinto on a penny Stock Bank account.
Years later with limited funds and under damage control it was clawed back and some limited exploration happened under guidance of damage control so the ship didn't sink.
Remember only 2 small capital raises have happened since the self resignation of RB under duress.
Its funny I see it different that Dr J West did damage control to support existing shares holders himself included. Otherwise INCA would have disappeared. So the big 11% share holder has stayed, Dr is retiring not sculking off and I bet he doesn't sell his shares and salary sacrifices until the last wage drawn.
