This is one of the stupid problems that Aussies have, no damn foresight.
If it rallies the year after next it is no good then going out with a pick and shovel looking for the bloody stuff.
If you do find any then the rally will be just about over and all the money will have been made by the ones who have already found it in the previous years.
You obviously choose to ignore the fact that it takes fifteen years to get just about any mine going these days, especially in a socialist paradise like Oz with all the claimants for a cut and all the nimby's Tanya's, Albo's and what's his face - the minister for darkness?
How are all the previous commodities that you have been flogging gone lately? A little over their peak are they? Didn't last long hey?
The only one worth blurt is gold but it is real money so it is always in demand and you don't need to worry about off take contracts.
