I emailed Jonathan with thanks and a 'well done' and he emailed back. Also said I could pass on 'the general gist' of what he said.
Of course there was nothing critical or confidential, but he did say how much he was looking forward to retirement, and how pleased he was that the new Board would be able to move Corporate and Exploration issues ahead to achieve what he always thought were Inca's fortunes.

He also told me he was looking forward to reestablishing the Shareholder's Group, in due course, which means when he has fully completed his obligations to the Board. I look forward to it. I'm sure you all remember that, within the bounds of politeness and respect, there were no holds bared when discussing prospects and outcomes.

My personal view of Inca's future is now formed by the makeup of the new Board and management team - their experience and past achievements.

Adam, Business man, Chair - Brad, Engineer, NED - Andrew, Corporate and Financial, NED - Trevor, Geologist, CEO - Brett, Ex Azure, CFO.

It looks to me like a great team, and under their tutelage, together with Emmanuel our chief geo, Inca will achieve the great promise we shareholders always expected of it.

And finally, since I am pasting a picture with a very broad brush, lets recall the geos and prospectors who brought the many tenements to our notice - meaning Rob, Jonnathan, and Ken - we owe them a lot and there should be no animosity between them or within the shareholders. Rather let the team make their work famous, and let we shareholders play our part in due course.
