Ok, so i've done the work, SOI around 2,41bn including the 81m of unvested and vested options and includes the 26.5m zepos (around 8m worth at 30cps - not bad)
t/over at 15.5cps = 374m AUD
t/over at 20cps = 482m AUD
t/over at 30cps = 723m AUD
If management keep issuing zepo shares to themselves (they did issue 2 lots of zepos with largely the same conditions in july 23 and again in nov 23) this would be disappointing and signal that they may just want a takeover. Now we have a solid institutional shareholder base this should keep the price depressed as they keep playing with it,
however, for a project of this quality, i'm hanging in for the ride.
