There are 2.3 Billion Shareholders in PDI ----- a LOT
And almost ALL of them will approve the allotment of shares to Employees and Directors (as per Announcement, above).... Have a LOOK at the Results of such proposals after votes are tallied.
IF you want more shares, you can buy them.... very cheap at the moment, which means Opportunity for those who actually "know" this Gold Mine Developer / Explorer.
I wait patiently for the Mining Permits to be approved by The Government.....
