RW had extensive experience in taking companies from explorer to producer with great success. Once in production, that's where his experience is somewhat limited, with several key mistakes being made which sent the SP spiralling.

Now that DCN is a producer, it is time for LJ to use his proven experience in growing companies that are at production. This appointment IMO is a very wise one and I think it will benefit ALL SH's of DCN.

Let's see where we are this time next year!!
