I'm neutral on the appointment. I assume it's Damon's brother which immediately sets a little alarm off for me, but then looking at the creds it settles that somewhat. Equally, with the right mentality (as I'm sure they have) it likely allows Damon and Martin to work without politics / opinions getting in the way.
Good to keep Jordan on as a consultant too. I like the guy, and he's got just as much to gain from a success here as all the others do. And us
I'm assuming a CR will come soon enough and hopefully create the bottom. On that note, I'd also hope for a bit of a bump before that might come to pass, with a CR around the 2c
