So... only Rhodes scholars need apply to hop on the ECS boat now. Nan is not just a do-everything, hand's dirty, family farmer /small business, multi-skilled master any more.
She is moving onto her true place and stage.. as an orchestra conductor of Mystros.
Her choice of people to run the variious components of this business has really (really!!) impressed me. A glaring day and night difference to what i (personally) see in every other company in this sector - perenially. (ie, a bunch of misplaced, wild thinking "know littles")
EVERYthing. everything. Every part of this business is Rolls Royce standard. - not an 'also-ran' bone in one single aspect of the whole show.
