Yeah thats my first reaction too, but as others have pointed out below, Nan knows what shes doing and tight when it comes to spending, which is one of the reasons ECS is doing so well, so you would think that we would be getting more from these appointments than we are spending on them. You would hope anyway.
I remember Keach before he left went on a hiring rampage, I would be curious to know how much management personnel we actually have onboard now. Seems it would be in the 10-20 range at this point. Quite a lot going out to staff now, last quarterly it was $2.1 mill, so thats $8.4 million a year going to these salaries.
What I would like to see is Dr Rachel Swift and others getting some skin in the game, not with free performance rights either, put your first pay cheque here into buying some ECS shares on market, need more of this from insiders.
