Is the return of MS related to media reports that PE are looking at the company? I thought his background was accounting/investment banking.
I was surprised when MS left as he was meant to run the M&A process and integration. The CEO was brought in to run the business while MS integrated the acquisitions into the existing business.
Keen to understand what First Samuel and Pioneer Pharma are thinking.
