In north-west WA the mining industry is experiencing a MASSIVE skills shortage and blokes with this sort of experience can select the job of their choosing and pretty much write their own pay & conditions. RIO alone are constantly looking for management staff with any sort of experience and paying big dollars...

This is the best achievement of current management to date. Let's hope they can kick a few goals in a row now and Mr Market might change his mind about this stock.
