That was my concern and I agree there will be a cap raise. The company has provided no details other than in the quarterly referring to a mandate being entered into shortly (in a small note in the cashflow report).
I was expecting perhps some news on JV partners so I'm assuming at the moment that's not on the go therefore rights issue? A placement will only raise 15% of share base so 13.5m at say 10-11 cents? Doesn't seem enough to me.
What do you reckon is likely to transpire?
