So according to yesterday's announcement, the new director brings the following attributes:

"a person of high integrity and morals.... a fresh view, uncluttered with any commercial allegiances, dedicated to strict corporate governance and an unwavering will to ensure the execution of a vision to safeguard the rights of the shareholders"

Aren't these attributes expected of each and every director of a publicly listed company?

What does this then say about the existing board?
