I think it's a good start tho. The implication of the comments at the AGM was improper dealings. While no one has explained or confirmed, the alleged source of the improper dealings has gone. Any legal action taken to prove improper dealings one way or other is costly, time consuming and disruptive - bad for ARU bad for us, even if it does stop the crap from continuing. It also seems that some shareholders had lots inside info on these dealings, or they would never had had this much leverage. Well done the Germans!! While being top-heavy (I've never seen such a small company with such a large Board) it does seem new members are joining the board, and they are experienced in production rather than exploration. May the shareholders with leverage keep levering.
