It's in a transition stage, also perhaps a transformation stage.
We should therefore exercise more patience and tolerance - for a little while anyway.
HOR promises much still; and when you look back on the past several months, you should be able to see how much progress has been made. Also, the SP has a solid base now- of sorts anyway.
