Star Striker Limited (“Star Striker” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment
of Miss Loren Jones to the Board of Star Striker as a Non-executive Director.

Miss Loren Jones has worked in finance and corporate administration with ASX listed companies,
stockbroking firms and corporate advisory service providers for the past 10 years. Miss Jones is
a Partner at and Company Secretary of Cicero Corporate Services and holds the positions of
Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary at both Brookside Energy Limited (ASX: BRK)
and Fraser Range Metals Group Limited (ASX: FRN). She is also a Non-Executive Director of Blaze
International Limited (ASX: BLZ) and Red Fox Capital Limited. Additionally, Miss Jones currently
serves as the Company Secretary of VTX Holdings Limited (ASX: VTX), Naracoota Resources
Limited (ASX: NRR) and Aphex Minerals Limited. Past Non-Executive Director and/or Company
Secretarial positions include ZipTel Limited (ASX: ZIP), MMJ Phytotech Limited (ASX: MMJ) and
Jernigan Commodities Limited.

Miss Jones is a BIA Accredited Bookkeeper and a member of the Institute of Certified
Bookkeepers, holds a Certificate IV Financial Services (Bookkeeping), has a Bachelor of
Psychology from Curtin University and is currently completing her Graduate Diploma of Applied
Corporate Governance with the Governance Institute of Australia.
