Perhaps many people are happy with Brans' performance right, but not so happy with Ferguson.

In my view, for the next 6 months, Brans' experience and performance will probably have more impact on the SP compared to Ferguson. As such, I would be more happy to see Brans' get more and Ferguson get less.

I understand you need to give sign-on/promotion bonus to the new MD, but 12million shares are a bit too gernerous.
