Ambiguity of wording that begs clarification is one thing.

What is beyond me, however, is the purpose (of the announcement).
*Pointing at AVZ going mining, as some have suggested ? I wouldn't think so. More like saying JORC is not taken lightly, especially because of a series of previous backflips.
*Putting pressure on the Chinese ? Rather amateurish. I was under the impression the the Chinese Ministry of Land & Resources and Bank of China International have already endorsed us, which in turn implies that they have given their subordinate coys relevant instructions.
*Bluffing and counter-bluffing ? Wasn't that the drilling's role, that btw has solidly moved forward now ?
*Incentives for directors and employees to deliver ? Give me a ... break.

Within the current context of things, the unimpressive SP targets have the flavour of the JNS deal on the effectiveness or necessity of which we are still left in the dark.

My taking of it is favours to few more mates, while they still can.

Lets get serious, please !
