    Basically the rights can be converted any time between 6 months from today (granting date) and the expiry date (3 years from today) as long as the VWAP calc meets the milestones. The thing that was missing from the announcement is the VWAP calculation period. It could be 1, 10, 30 days etc.

    Just saw your clarification from secretary which marries up with this. I thought it would be 10 day VWAP.
