That's correct. The ann's language was somewhat ambiguous and some interpreted the mentioning of 6 months to mean this was the VWAP calculation period, but that has now been clarified by several posters (including by you in the above post).
It's a 10-day VWAP and many AVZ holders would probably be shocked if these 10-day VWAP conditions were not met anyhow. In that sense, it's a bit of a give away.
