Well if they wait and rely on a result to decide the future of the company it would all be over. They had to plan for the future and life after VIC. LKO has a bigger profile than Dawson and so yes, lots of good synergies in the acquisition. So yes, clear sign they're moving forward. VIC Supreme Court decision will be what it will be. Best not to be entirely dependant on the outcome.
