The only thing I spelled wrong was 10:1 instead of 1:10, I never said the company's value would increase, I said the value of your shares would increase, obviously meaning proportional to the devision of the shares.
So 1mil shares at .2c a share at a 1:10 consolidation would make each individual share worth 10 times more or 20c a share.

There are many examples of consolidation yielding gains for investors and there are examples that reflect your experience, the fact is it comes down to timing and the company's performance. In our case I think k it will be a great idea once all options have been exercised and our share registry is closer to 1bn shares. Remember a consolidation can be any ratio!
