Don't worry Bruce, it will work out for all of us in the long term. We all know the risks and the risky location.
I posted once on my reasons that i thought was holding the share price back, and OMG did i upset the apple cart. Some very sensitive posters on AVZ.
But at the end of the day cares because AVZ will be the mext FMG.
