my name is g you may not have read the constitution I have screen shot the below I have also included an extract from the Renumeration and Nomination Committee Charter.
As you can see the directors have the power to pay themselves and employees what ever they want ie bonuses, free performance rights and the director fees. If I had my way this clause would be changed so that a shareholder committee elected at AGM shared this important power.
