Can't deny this is a positive in the grand scheme of things. However, it doesn't change the previous less than ethical behaviour and conduct of Board members who oversaw a decline in the GSR share price to unnecessary levels. For reasons which have been thoroughly canvassed on the old GSR forum. Do we want such people on the Board of the merged company? Will they now change their spots and work assiduously for the benefit of ALL shareholders? For myself, I doubt it. At least one ex-GSR director should be given the award of the Grand Order of The Boot, in my view. If for nothing else than than to give notice to other Board members they work for us, or else.
