Ivan Wu resigning is terrific news. At the same time he was the one who brought in the pre-IPO investors, & adviser for IPO.
Given how much he has made from CPV at arm's length, LOL, I suspect they are having a lot of trouble capital raising. Over-hinted, under performed.
All those pictures of skyscrapers on website, in prospectus, again with COO's interview, yet signed MOUs/JVs with a street art micro SME. a hemp hut developer, NO skyscraper developers.
If the other directors resign I'd consider buying in at less than $0.05 as a gamble.
