Unless Matthew has fallen on hard times I can't imagine that selling at market prices or bellow would warrant the risk he has taken if he has sensitive information that has not been announced to the Market the court cost alone will chew up most of this money and he could go to jail, get a large fine and lose the right to be a director. Why not declare the consideration this question keeps going through my head?
