I smiled at the news when I read it this morning! This can only be a positive step forward. There is no excuse for PAK's actions and performance since he came on.
To be honest I'm quite disappointed with the entire board for not lighting a fire under his ass months ago. And if he is incapable, appointing someone else to at least action writing up some ASX releases. Regardless of whether it's the job of the MD to action this or not, everyone has something tied up in this and someone should have been picking up the slack rather than having an 'well its not my job' attitude.
I can't claim to know this is what was happening as a fact, but how else does it happen?
