Not sure you can conclude hungry (in terms of burn rate), I have seen a lot mor e companies eeking out higher corporate and admin charges. Most are those lifestyle types in West Perth that use Black Toms as their home away from home.
The reason to use part time consultants is to control the costs and to turn them on and off as needed.
