Because of conflict of interest is it possible Dale Champion has to dispose of all his shares ?

Mr Champion has informed the Company that, as a result of having established a collaboration with international interests to examine investments in the Australian potash sector, there is potential for conflict of interests to arise with his role as a Non-Executive Director.
