I think I will wait for results as somehow I doubt one individual will trump the collective as they have been playing this game for years. And in the past year DRE have during your 3 posts to their forum gone from a high of mid 6s to low 4s so also a 30% drop. I suspect unless we get kissed on the you know what by a fairy nothing will change that can be directly attributable to him.
