Yes, I had a small laugh into my morning coffee on this one also. CAD have not had a great track record for board appointments to date as nothing changes and it feels like ground hog day.
I will reserve judgement as I have been burned by our CEO who had a glowing track record although has shown himself to be a little too exuberant with his plate spinning over the past 12 mths .
CAD is looking more and more like a lifestyle company for the club members who dilute M&D $ value at almost every meeting by giving away shares FOC or cheaply to "sophisticated" investors.
Too many fingers in too many pies, lacking funds to deliver and no ability to focus on promise after promise. Nevada ............... crickets..... remember 17/1/22 announcement it was filled with them.
There will be further dilution and a consolidation which will be catastrophic for holders that weathered the previous one and no individual board member appointment will convince me otherwise.
