    I have been listening to predictions of gold and silver breakouts for most of the last 10 years. Every day is a day closer to it happening. Regardless of how many wars, bombings, trade wars, financial crises there are the PM remain capped.
    I got into ARD as a silver play but now they spend a lot of time elsewhere. Some clear statements of what is intended this year would be helpful.
