MMR needs a business activity. They are trying to suggest that Advent has "two new investments projects", but they refuse to provide details otherwise they have no reason to keep BPH suspended.

What do I think will happen? 1) I think the PDF (pooled development fund) appeal will fail, 2) I think MMR will have no choice but to apply again for ASX listing via a different company structure (not what they originally listed as). 3) Everything will depend on whether or not MMR can raise enough cash for reinstatement/re-listing, if they can, they get to come back to trading, if they can't then I think the company will be wrapped up and lawsuits will be thrown around until everyone involved is brought to their knees.
